My cute neighbor was having her first baby and was kind enough to let me throw her a baby shower!
Alligators have a fun and special meaning to their family, so that's how we chose to celebrate! Enjoy all the cuteness!
I bought the invitation template on Etsy and filled it out according to her wants. I double checked everything with her before moving forward with anything! I really wanted to make sure she got the baby shower she had imagined.
We kept the decorations to a minimum, really only doing a fun table design. The table and food turned out soooo cute!! I even crocheted a baby alligator to use as the center piece alongside the diaper cake. She got to take both home.
Because the baby shower was an open house, we didn't play any of your classic baby shower games. Instead, I created some advice cards for people to write on. We also used a Polaroid camera to take pictures of each guest with my neighbor and her husband to then tape to the advice card. Simple, sweet, and a great memory from the baby shower.
The party favors were little bags filled with green hand sanitizer and green candies. I loved how simple we kept everything while still enjoying each other's company and celebrating my dear neighbors!
